I am very confused with the word 'commission' because in this post I am trying to ask "-to do commission", not "-to commissioning somebody". As in I, an artist, want to know if there is a site for me do commission on that site

thank you!, the rendering is very scuffed but due to the phone camera and shooting it in yellow light it does hide some of its flaw
