The free weight bars at my gym never say what weight the bar is, so it counts as 0. On the machines, I write down whatever the highest weight says. It's only to remember what I did last time, so doesn't matter if I get it a bit wrong.

Some years ago, I bought a house and renovated it including loft conversion for my bedroom. The first morning I woke with the roof windows open and a blackbird perched on the TV aerial singing its little heart out. It was such a wonderful way to be awoken.
