Realm and Ritual is proud to announce a reissue of Cowl's harrowing 2020 dungeon synth full-length “Strange Divinity”. Helmed by Robin Harris (Wormwitch / Mystic Barbarism), Cowl was active from 2018-2020, releasing two albums of medievalist grandeur steeped in somber atmosphere.

Aside from active releases, I'm planning on putting together more shows in Boston. Having in-person events and a community that exists offline is crucial and it's been so fucking cool to travel all around the US to go to DS shows and then host artists back home.
My goal for 2026 is to do more with less. I'd like to focus my attention on a smaller number of releases and work with people I've enjoyed working with in the past. Having said that, I'm still going to be taking submissions and hoping to bring new folks into the fold through Demo Series releases.
Thank you as well to the 31 artists that trusted me with your work in 2025. This collaborative process kept me going this year even when so many things in the world, in this country, looked incredibly bleak.
As always, thank you to everyone who picked up a record or tape from me. It means a lot to see listeners continue to support physical media in a world of endless streams and dwindling artist payments.
