Trump has now declared that antifa is a terrorist, organization even though antifa, as an organization does not really exist. Antifa is considered to be an ideology. Does this mean that any of us who protest in public, or in private are then liable to being charged as terrorists in future?

We don’t need to worry about outsiders coming and wreaking havoc on the security and daily life of American citizens. Trump has managed that on his own.
We have to be smart about resistance to the attacks on democracy and the rule of law. Bipartisanship is not going to be useful as there is no “bi.” Bring on the lawsuits. Amp up media voices that don’t acquiesce to making nice and persist in speaking truth to power. Engage with your own voice.
