Not arrested in court. Indicted a year after the incident by MA US Attorney’s office, so booked by US Marshall’s and released after initial appearance: www.bbc.com/news/world-u...

This also happened in Trump’s 1st term. A Newton, MA judge & her court officer were charged federally in 2019 with obstruction of justice for allegedly helping a defendant evade ICE. Charges were dropped in late 2022.
