Europeans don't fluoridate their water, but they fluoridate salt, milk, and other products. Scandinavian countries give children fluoride rinses and tablets. So when someone like Leana Wen just casually drops "Europeans don't fluoridate their water," she is simply revealing her own ignorance.

As you heal, things become clear: attention isnβt love, attachment isnβt connection, and codependency isnβt support. You begin to realize the disagreements arenβt attacks, lacking boundaries isnβt empathy, and no amount of external validation can replace self love. Trauma bonding isnβt healing, ignoring your needs, isnβt strength, people pleasing, isnβt kindness, staying in toxic situations isnβt loyalty, numbing. Your emotions isnβt coping, and suppressing emotions are staying silent doesnβt bring peace.
