Well, my trip is over. Time to go home... Here's a sweet treat
Was out and about and decided to get some ramen. Definitely better than the store bought ones for sure, especially the soft boil egg and meat soaking in the broth.
4 pounds gone in two weeks and now my lower back isn't really hurting as much while I walk up the flights of stairs. I feel like I can go for 2 mile walk soon. Or bumped the speed a bit on my walk pad
My goal for this year? Losing a bit of weight by monitoring my portion sizes with food and to learn how to cook a few meals from scratch.
Maybe I'll start vlogging about it to keep myself active in the interwebs, who knows
