Immigration judges are part of the executive branch and are no longer protected from the president. If they had not ruled this way, they would've been removed from their position. There is no more justice to be found in immigration court.

Arts Council faces payout over trans row Organisation’s diversity chief who likened gendercritical beliefs to racism wins unfair dismissal case The Daily Telegraph20 Feb 2025By Telegraph Reporter AN ARTS COUNCIL diversity manager investigated after she compared gender critical beliefs to racism has won a payout for unfair dismissal. Afreena Islam-wright became upset after a grant was awarded to the LGB Alliance, a campaign group founded to oppose the policies of LGBT rights charity Stonewall on transgender issues. She said she would “feel terrified” if co-workers were making “openly racist statements” and “can’t imagine” what transgender colleagues were going through at finding out about the grant. An employment tribunal heard the “hasty, ill-informed and ill-thought” comments upset staff who held gender-critical views, meaning they believe biological sex cannot be changed, and she was taken to a disciplinary meeting. She has now successfully sued Arts Council England (ACE) for unfair dismissal after the tribunal found she had made the comments because she was “motivated solely” to support transgender and non-binary colleagues. The hearing in Manchester was told Mrs Islam-wright began working for the arts organisation as a diversity relationship manager in September 2020. In April 2022 an organisation called the London Community Foundation awarded a grant out of ACE funding it had been given to the organisation LGB Alliance. The tribunal heard that although ACE was not involved in the funding decision it faced criticism, internally and externally.

She stood up when a grant was given to the LGB Alliance, GC colleagues complained about her, she was dismissed, then she won her case for unfair dismissal.

Trans loophole is a ‘get-out-of-jail-free card for predators’ Daily Mail26 Dec 2024By Martin Beckford Policy Editor PROSECUTORS have been accused of giving predators a ‘get-out-ofjail-free card’ in cases of ‘sex by deception’ by allowing them to claim that they are transgender. The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) has published new guidance on the ‘highly sensitive’ crime – where someone tricks an unsuspecting partner into sleeping with them by pretending to be a different sex. It makes clear that the victim is considered to not have given consent to intimate contact at the time if they were unaware of the other person’s birth sex, meaning that rape or sexual assault charges may be brought. But the guidance also sets out a long list of reasons why transgender people may choose to keep their birth sex hidden, which campaigners fear could be exploited by predators to avoid being prosecuted. It says that ‘many people who have transitioned may not regard themselves as trans, but simply as a man or a woman’, while young people in particular may see their ‘gender identity’ as ‘fluid’ and ‘may identify as a man and a women or neither’. Last night Maya Forstater of the women’s rights charity Sex Matters, said that lesbians in particular face problems with biological men on dating websites identifying as female, and that the CPS guidelines ‘suggests people may avoid a conviction for sexual assault based on deception if they say they are transgender’.

Trans people are not automatically charged and convicted of a crime for not disclosing that they are trans to sexual partners. This is the Mail, on Boxing Day, calling that a get-out-of-jail-free card for predators'.

The Times, Telegraph and Mail, aided by Maya Forstater of Sex Matters, have spent Christmas calling for trans people to be criminalised for dating, framing it as a scandal and a danger that we are not already treated this way, while comparing it to a man raping his wife,
