Someone gave DOGE a tip that a contract was wasteful and they "canceled" it. This is a guaranteed energy savings performance contract that a) has guaranteed savings b) is revenue neutral and c) almost certainly cannot be terminated for convenience.

I am fairly certain that website has always said that. I think it means verify the VIN of your specific vehicle with the IRS system before purchasing.
