Tired of skewed normals in Substance Painter?

The Fix:
โžก๏ธ In your 3D app (Blender, Maya, etc.) add an inset or a supporting edge loop where the baking artifacts appear.
โžก๏ธ Re-import your updated low-poly and bake again. Voilร ! Clean normals.
