digital fan art of Essek and Caleb from Critical Role, at Jester and Fjord's wedding, sitting on a bench and kissing. Essek is a young-looking slender dark elf with light lavender skin and shoulder-length white hair, which is artfully curled and pinned back. Caleb is a light-skinned thin human in his early forties, with auburn chin-length wavy hair and a full beard. they are both dressed in formal clothing, cream and light pink to match the colors Jester had picked for her wedding. Essek is wearing a silk shirt with bishop sleeves and a straight neckline that exposes his neck and a wide pearl choker; he also has slacks on, short enough to reveal his boots with metal toe-tips, as well as a coat made of thick matte fabric, with wide geometric shoulders and layered hanging sleeves. it is caught at the waist with a wide sash, the coat's two floral frog closures open. Caleb is dressed in form-fitting pants tucked into white boots, a leather strap around one of his thighs. he has a long-sleeved shirt on under a light pink sleeveless coat made of delicate floral brocade. there is a large white flower tucked behind his ear. both of them are wearing a bit of make-up: Essek has white lipstick on his bottom lip, and Caleb's eyes are accentuated with fiery red eyeshadow. they are sitting on a bench outside, leaning into each other, Essek placing a kiss on the corner of Caleb's mouth. Essek's left hand is guiding Caleb's chin towards him with a delicate finger, while his right is resting in Caleb's left. there is a flowering branch above them, soft pink petals lying on the white cobbled stones beneath their feet. the ocean is visible behind them, the setting sun shining right behind the couple's heads, illuminating them in warm orange glow.

some context is important. Hasan defended sabrina carpenterβs album cover and some of his chat started screaming at him. left content creators are held captive by a puritan element. the call is coming from inside the house on this stuff. some of the people who worsened this problem hang out on here
I_AmA_Zebra β’ 3h ago Try HSBC Good enough for the cartel so itβll be good enough for you 74 u/Previous-Camera1641 avatar Previous-Camera1641 OP β’ 2h ago Rejected by HSBC too. Sorry, I really should update the original post to include all the ones people suggest. I've basically asked every major high street bank from Halifax to RBS to Lloyds TSB; AND every major phone banking app like Revolut/Monzo etc. I had to actually go for a face-to-face assessment in HSBC for my business account. That was a really awkward meeting
Total_Scratch8198 β’ 3h ago There were around 260 banks on UK and 900 payment institutions. You tried 11. Just go in branch across every bank you can find, and check their response. 17 u/Previous-Camera1641 avatar Previous-Camera1641 OP β’ 3h ago I've tried a whole handful more. I think it was 36+ at the last count, but I've left my folder at my accountant's today so I'm trying to remember a list off the top of my head. I was hoping somebody on here could signpost me to a bank that actually works with people like me
Complete breakdown of the gaming press on this topic has led to folks like OP fending alone
r/UKPersonalFinance 3 hr. ago Previous-Camera1641 I develop adult video games on Steam. I can't find a bank that will actually let me withdraw my money from Steam. Can I get some advice? Game has sold quite well on Steam. I've got almost Β£90,000 ready to withdraw after Steam's cut + VAT taken off. However, it's been 2 months now and I can't find ANY bank in the UK who will let me withdraw my money from Steam.
I've been banned/refused/unable to get a business account with: Wise Revolut Monzo Monese Chase Starling Nationwide Halifax Barclays Lloyds RBS It always comes down to, "Where did you get this money from?" "It's coming from games I sell on Steam." "Can we see the store page?" "Sure." "I'm sorry, we can't do business with you at this time." It keeps coming down to a commercial decision purely because I make adult content. What the hell am I supposed to do? I've pretty much exhausted the whole banking system. I just want to be able to be paid for products I've sold.
Per Reddit: Steam adult developer in the UK is sitting on a USD equivalent of six figures, canβt find a bank to take his money because the developer creates adult games

A three panel comic of Occtis' reaction to Teor, then to Kattigan, and then ending episode one (and I suppose starting 2) surrounded by all three of the beefiest men in the campaign
How Occtis managed to go on a Thimble-rescue mission and end up surrounded by all the beefcakes in this campaign, we'll never know XD
Just a lil comic for fun XD

A very large illustration of all 13 of the main cast all with their reactions to Thjazi's execution. The designs are different from the canon ones, some more than others.
My first Campaign 4 art, and as is tradition, I came up with my own takes on the characters going mostly from the in-game descriptions & vibes during the first episode as a fun character design challenge that I do each campaign

Yes, supposedly Paul found that banning people from Bluesky would also zap their PDS account and that wasn't supposed to happen. A Bluesky ban should ban only from their appview, not at the PDS level. I have no idea if that's been fixed yet, though.
And in theory...
now that it's october im legally allowed to post this
This was good.
But we can go bigger. We *should* go bigger.
Keep it comin' fellas.
This thread is eloquently put. If you're torn on the new TOS & why censoring any kind of fiction is bad in the current political climate, read this.
I say this as a CSA survivor who has been in therapy for 5 years: it's up to us to curate our own spaces. Censorship leads to fascism.
I left a 1 star review on the app store explaining how disappointed i was with their updated adult content policy.
I highly recommend doing so yourself too!
They have moms of autistic kids at this presser and not autistic adults speaking. Very unsurprising.
Restricting the expression of sexuality through fiction and art made by adults, for adults β including those you find personally disturbing or offputting β is conservative censorship, full stop. When that censorship disproportionately affects subgroups, that's also discrimination. For shame.
Like, they hid *our* comments, where we pushed back firmly, but there's an entire wave of straight-up "Go fuck yourselves" comments at the bottom of the thread NOT getting removed, because those don't have a lot of likes.
Absolutely unacceptable. Stop silencing us @bsky.app you ain't slick.
Yeah, holy shit.
I just checked, mine and @shaxbert.bsky.social 's comments calling them out- which have 2.6k and 1.6k likes respectively, are just fucking GONE. Can't even find them by scrolling down anymore, they straight up 'hid' them.
Fucking cowards.

If you're screaming about TOS changes and haven't screamed into the feedback form yet, you should do that!
Forcing people to "prove" they "deserve" to create the things they want to create is such fucking panopticon bullshit
also it breaks my heart how many people may be forced to trot out their past trauma to have their work legitimized in front of a jury of platform mods. I'm a private person about my actual life and it sickens me. Literally over my dead body to appease people who don't actually care about me
Hey. It's okay to have boundaries regarding what fiction you personally can and can't handle seeing or interacting with.
It's not okay to accuse people of real life abuse just because they interact with different fiction from you. Internalize this.
It really is asinine to lump illustrations in with the rest of the things listed on the ToS. Art is fiction and intellectual property cannot issue legal consent.
No one trusts the auto labeler to figure out which faces or bodies "look more consenting" based on appearance alone. Thats messed up.
four colored drawings in various standing poses, seen from the torso and up, of Ethan, my original character (OC), sporting a bit of orange drapery with each pose.
Bsky has "labels" as part of their moderation system here. This is a great tool (even if it could be improved)
The point however is that every time someone clicks on "show" (on an individual post or in their global settings) THEY consent to viewing the mature content.
THATS how consent works w/Art
New TOS censorship of fictional adult content is a massive overreach and makes this definitively not a free and open platform. It demonizes survivors and silences artists.
Everyone is telling you a much healthier way is to give us better tools, like more robust labels, to moderate ourselves
I've literally used this image as a censor bar for years, primarily on DeviantArt
