I’ve been a teacher since 2002. I haven’t had a normal school year since January 2018. Between the shooting at my school, COVID, attacks on public education (and educators), the daily hellscape that is Florida… I’m ready to be off this rollercoaster. When does life get to be mundane again?

Sometimes it’s hard to see the progress or feel like it’s working. It’s working. A side-by-side comparison with a 12 pound difference. Slow & steady.
