I liked wine, still do, I could tell it was the source of my issue. I watched documentaries about the affect of alcohol on the body.
I also learned about the liver, which has more than 500 vital functions.

3/5 If you drink, are type 2 diabetes, or like fast food it's more likely you have this.
I'll tell you how I reversed it & lost 10 lbs in 2 wks.
Diet - no salt or processed foods, lots of veggies.
Daily walk - make 1 mile a priority.
Zero alc - drink NA beer or mocktails.

2/5 Test for edema (swelling, fluid retention) by pressing into you calf with a finger, hard, then remove.
If a dimple remains visible, you have edema or are dehydrated.
Test for ascites of the liver - belly protruding, recent quick weight gain, hard to feel comfortable sitting.

Fatty liver from poor diet and Adderall overuse is my bet.

Edema (lower leg swelling) isn't limited to a heart or circulation prob.
Fatty liver is also associated with it. NALFD patients usually have a poor diet with heavy carbs & fast food.
Type 2 diabetes is linked to fatty liver.
Drugs, like Adderall, are bad for the liver. #cankles
