A large new study provides evidence of cognitive benefits from coffee and tea. People who drank between one and five cups of caffeinated coffee had about 20 percent less dementia risk. Those who drank at least one cup of caffeinated tea daily had about 15 percent less risk.

Don't believe vaccinations help prevent dementia? I was watching an episode of The Zoo (season 1, episode 5) the other day. The veterinarians were trying to save the life of a Snow Leopard named Snowball. It had some kind of infection. Sadly, Snowball had to be put to sleep.

My mom just died from dementia. You can avoid getting dementia by doing the following. 1. get hearing aids, 2. get the shingles vaccination, 3. take a multivitamin, 4. get pneumonia vaccination, 5. get RSV vaccination. Don't do this for yourself but for your family. Save them a horrible ordeal!
