Southerners won't understand how excited I get about the @BoothsCountry Christmas book coming out. Christmas sorted.
Then you have inside information and you would have to use that. You can't unknow things. Depends on whether you trust the information you've been given. I've taken chances on people over the years and been rewarded.
I don't know about the "not a good leader bit" but normally I put great sway by the interview. So important to have a process that allows people to shine.
