Don't you hate it when you're showering&your brain's going 1mil mile/hour thinking about all the things you have to do today&you're going through the motions autopiloting your shower so hard that you're suddenly like "wait, did I even wash my face?" But you don't know cuz you disassociated too hard?

Spiralling with anxiety that I might get laid off from my day job cause the business isn't doing as well as it needs to be.

Trying to channel the anxiety into motivation to just put my art and myself out there and just stop being so freaking scared.

Some days I forget that I've got a chronic illness until the days that knock me off my feet and I feel like total death and I go "oh yeah, that". And then I cry a bit and I stress a bit and then I accept that it's just gonna be one of those days and then I remember to drink some water.
