A5) I think the self-driven world we inhabit makes for the best personalized learning path. We see a need in ourselves, and remediate the gap. But alas, we are a rare breed. I've worked with folks who have to be dragged kicking and screaming to professional development they need. #learnchat

Right! I get asked to teach Business Writing to fix poor writing when the real issue is developmental English learning by folks learning a new language. Teaching how to write an email doesn't pinpoint and help fix that. Good communication is so broad. #learnchat

A4. Part of developing skills has to be creating opportunities to practice and get meaningful feedback. You can't just watch it done once and then perform competently. You need to practice to build skills and get feedback to improve. #LearnChat
