Stop calling people 'morons', 'idiots' and 'retards'.

My new book (out in June from @Wildfirebks) tells how badly people with learning disabilities have been treated in the past, and the way that is embedded in everyday culture today.

This is definitely a conversation we need to be having about Special schools. A positive experience of being in school is necessary but not sufficient and should not be confused with a high quality of education. We need to be giving thoughtful consideration to what is our purpose and what is our 1/2
