My bill, HB 938 the PFAS monitoring bill has officially passed the House.
This legislation strengthens oversight of “forever chemicals” in our wastewater by requiring industrial users to conduct quarterly testing and report results — increasing transparency and accountability.

The House passed this bill 97–0 to ensure:
• All autonomous vehicles comply with federal safety standards
• No fully driverless commercial passenger or delivery operations
