I admit I am somewhat embarrassed to be unable to process a store that doesn’t have clear definition. Like it should be ok to go buy coffee and browse thrift. But somehow my brain doesn’t like it.

Also for consideration. If Parking Enforcement happened on 1st by King, actually checking and ticketing when cars park in the 2-hr spots for 8+ hours… THAT would allow more parking for your customers.

Side note. I work next door to Friend Museum. My bike parking is in the same building. I walk by it 2x a day, 5x a week. I have never entered because I have no concept of what it is or why I should. Thrift store? Art gallery? Coffee shop? Maybe the answer is “yes!!!!” but shouldn’t I know??

Yeah. Was out late last night and was trying to think of where downtown is the nightlife. Capitol Hill obviously but to me that’s not downtown. Belltown is the answer, I think, but I wish it stretched south through the market / to about the ferry building.

I actually feel this. Like there is no real life, no bars or restaurants that the locals go to (exception: Zig Zag, but it’s across the street and up stairs). I wish this were a scene for nightlife.
