The budget plan passed by the House this week at Trump’s urging gives billionaire oligarchs & giant corporations the lion’s share of $4.5 trillion in tax cuts.
To offset the $4.5 trillion, the plan includes severe spending cuts to Medicaid, food stamps, & Social Security.
