I've genuinely resigned myself to the fact that things would never change🤣 and i'd never be able to jog or do jumping jacks ever again. I'm glad it's not that case anymore.

So, i've been doing the legs, calves and knee-related stretches i was given by my physiotherapist for a month and it seems to be working! 🤔🤩

I never thought doing stretches would actually help with reinvigorating the durability of my tendons & ligaments.
