I got a federal juror qualification questionnaire notice in the mail.

Everything is drawn in rough black pen and colored in pale washes. A speech bubble from Ignatz reads ‘Maybe it will…’, the word ’Happen’ appears in the whooshing trail of the sailing brick, and a final speech bubble belonging to the Kat reads ‘…Today’.

Look at you. You're really something. How many words do you know? So many! You know so many words. When did you learn all that and how do you retain it? Amazing. I'm sorry, did you just grab and lift that tea cup with your fingers without even thinking about how to do it?! You, friend, are magic.

CLE has a long tradition of celebrating our large Irish community. As some have become more conservative, everyone should read this. As we celebrate and listen to the music this St. Patrick's Day, really listen to it. And act accordingly. The occupation may be coming for our neighbors here as well.

Dad side: bricklayer/stone mason that rose to management at Higley Construction which pretty much built CLE. He built St. Rocco's church. Mom side: WWII, came home and built a laundry and diaper service business. Baby boom needed diapers. Drank a lot. Both died too young.

I can see, hear and smell my Grandmother lighting one of her Kools in her Delta 88... while I slide around on the massive vinyl back seat at every turn...

It is silver and black with patches of brown fake leather on some of the body panels. It is unfolded into its characteristic mass of unlikely angles. The camera is set against a background rectangle filled with the colors filled with the colors of the Polaroid packaging rainbow. A photo is protruding from the camera and has developed to reveal only white letters on black reading ‘Maybe it’ll happen today’.

Ok unsolicited thoughts on the Rock Hall noms:
Shameful to not nominate and finally induct DEVO especially with the ceremony being in CLE this year.
