That said, having worked in the veterinary field in the past, I well and truly felt like a dog throughout my whole appointment.

Even more so when they kept going to my sister to confirm my info and sign off on consent.

...They thought I was twelve. They thought my sister was my legal guardian.

Going to the doctor for the first time in years really sold me the fact that there is no real difference between doctors and vets. It's just one has to figure it out for creatures that can't talk, while the other one expects you to explain yourself and sometimes chooses to not believe you. 🤷

Update: Still obsessed with this thing. This has become my current favorite little trinket I own.

Forgot to mention that it lights up when you press the keys and the lights change colors every time. Pretty lights AND fun clicky clacky sounds!

In other news, I found myself a keyboard fidget toy and I've been completely obsessed with it.

I had to resist the urge to grab it and start playing with it multiple times throughout my stream earlier.
