I've wanted to draw him properly for a long time now and this was the perfect excuse thanks to Duke's almost as iconic as his one liners and totally-not-outdated-and-stuck-in-the-90s machismo, mighty boot! I wanted to have more specific focus on the boot with some perspective but this is the best I got, not that I ruined it tho. I like it!
I hope I don't get cancelled for drawing him in the future, I had a talk with a very wokey dokey philosphy teacher I have in great esteem so I know what I'm talking about. Still a good game tho, Duke's such an unserious character for me to take it seriously. Love that guy, wanna be just like him when I grow up.

In the leaked 0.99 Beta of Duke Nukem 3D, it was actually possible to read the magazines on the floor in Red Light District by pressing the "use" key, which would bring up a security camera view of an out-of-bounds level segment.
Duke Nukem 1 contains an unused animation with an early version of Duke, as well as a pallete swapped Duke with angry eyes.
If this pallete swapped Duke was intended to be an enemy, this means the idea of Duke fighting clones of himself made by Dr. Proton was an idea 20 years before the DNF DLC!
