He may be over egging the pudding a bit but his point about closing the Strait of Hormuz for an appreciable period of time is an important one and no doubt something the Iranians are focused on. They will be well aware of what Israel and the US are capable of and will have plans to counter them.
The analysis may be over egging the case but it does seem that Iran has severely damaged at least some of the most sophisticated air defence systems the US has and is/was using to defend its regional air bases.
The article certainly illustrates the difficulty in defeating Iran.

It's not the first time I've seen disgraceful stories like this about top restaurants.
This sort of behaviour could be ended by naming and shaming. Few would dine in a restaurant that treats its staff like that if they were aware of what was going on.
I've had close friends who were joiners, miners, floor layers etc. They all enjoyed and were proud of the work they did but were physically fit and enjoyed working up a sweat. The bad things were the employment conditions and the pay. Few of course enjoy working long hours.
