Youβre right, sorry about that. Thanks for helping
KΔkΔ recovery in Wellington, incredible story Iβve just finished for @NZGeographic goes much deeper than conservation of the birds, a reconnecting of knowledge and whatβs to come. Exciting. nzgeo.com/stories/forty-β¦ @WgtnCC @docgovtnz @Forest_and_Bird @andrewlittle_nz
Fangs! Leg hairs! Venom profiles! Writer βͺ@michelleduff.bsky.socialβ¬ and photographer @robsuisted.bsky.social take a closer look at the noble false widow, the exotic spider thatβs quietly set up home in New Zealand.
Latest story I shot for @NZGeographic , bit of a pig hunting adventure with writer @naomiarnold last month. Wild pigs are eating our rare native frogs; not ideal.

My 8yo just found out he paid 7c tax to IRD last month from his savings.
βYay, now I can swear Dad!β
βHow come son?β
βWell mum said I could only swear once I started paying tax!β
Actual. LOL, canβt fault the logic
Exactly the time my boy arrived at my bed woken by the deluge hitting the house
Yes, might have to make that 9th birthday and work on muscle mass this year lol
Good thinking. Given all the marlin action off Kapiti maybe he needs a 50W !
Thanks matey, good suggestions. Heβs got quite a bit of Lego bits not into it and fishing well he just wants to use dads and not his lol!
Who has the best idea for a birthday present for my 8yo son!?? Struggling again
Zelenskyy is shining some light on some things. What a remarkable human.
Sometimes people try to tell the truth accidentally. Why was Andrew Bayly given days to tell his family? Have a listen at this odd unprepared answer: "I've never had an affai.......um, anything like this happen before".
Watch this at 1min45s. βIβve never had an affaiβ¦. anything happen like this beforeβ youtu.be/GbuskSRSef8?...
The word βaffairβ got halfway out of Baylyβs mouth in a near possible Freudian slip on tonightβs TV. Makes one wonder what he had to tell his family over the weekend?
Looked like MP Andrew Bayly nearly made a Freudian slip with the word βaffairβ getting part way out of his mouth during the TV standup?
Thatβs the first ever marlin and first ever mahi-mahi caught in the area, btw
5 marlin have now been caught off Waikanae/Kapiti in the last week. And today a Mahi-mahi fish was caught near Kapiti island. Changes to the Wellington area marine environment in my lifetime are extreme (and concerning)
Same, different.
Early start today. #SwissArmyKnifeDog at sea.
Not far off doing the same. Good luck work
Archive footage of former PM Jenny Shipley dealing with an out of control Winny. At the end I've stitched in Luxon responding to comments about how he's dealing with an out of control Winny and Jones.

How cute is that!? #SwissArmyKnifeDog
Itβs got a ring to it, or two
Just found this at Woolies. Reminds me of something I cant quite remember
Did Nicola Willis cancel the Wellington summer too FFS?
I've made a submission on the Treaty Principles Bill. In the spirit of 'playing what's in your hand', I have quoted from my father's Penguin History of Aotearoa New Zealand β including this banger:
.
Climate scientists be like..
Fast chaser boats opened up the rorquals to hunting & hence a whole new whale mass in the southern ocean, pressure cookers to drive oil from bone, tax changes to stop wastage (which created factory ship dev to avoid tax). Many factors saved the sperm whale (at expense of others).
