The trade gain is small on the scheme of things as Canada made minimal concessions on dairy in CPTPP (and then tried to back-track by skewing TRQ admin). These pale in the face of the US now charging 10%+ on dairy incl for our WTO CSTQ on cheese while charging Canada (at least for now) precisely 0
