York U study finds timing of eye removal impacts quality of life, self-image  - YFile Research from York University’s Faculty of Health explores how eye removal surgery later in life can impact emotional health and self-perception.

Research by CIAN member Prof. Jennifer Steeves, with grad student Aysha Kinakool as first author, was featured today in YFile. The study highlights how early eye removal leads to better psychosocial outcomes.
