Whoa! Southwestern Finland has had a couple of - degree centigrade nights, but no sign of snow. I guess the big question here (as usual nowadays) is whether there will be snow before holiday season 🤔

I'm fairly certain that this will go to the court of appeal and the ruling will be changed. Finnish legislation is really strict about consent and ability to give consent. I don't remember ever seeing a similar case with this kind of ruling.

The thing that is really concerning here, though, is the fact that a minor who is as drunk as the article indicates should not be considered fit to give proper consent.

Being Finnish I'll correct some of your misunderstandings: According to the article 1) She left the hospital waiting area with the men after they had gotten to acquainted, she was not dragged nor was she in ER. Also she was heavily drunk, not unconscious.
