Iβm not sure how dinosaurs are involved but I love it π¦
I just do a bit of stretching before handstands. On lazy days I practice yin yoga for flexibility. It could be youβre still building forearm strength, or sometimes if doing a lot of bent arm stuff the connective tissues can become fatigued.
