Just as well itβs not working out too badly in archives at the moment as Iβd never get a job pulling pints. Looking to a weekβs staycation with both plans and free time. Cheers! #ConfinedCocktails
Great opportunity to be involved in something new at The National Archives, based in my department but collaborating across the organisation and the wider archive sector.

Itβs the leaves and stem of a cauliflower, with stock, some potato for thickening & smoothness & some garlic, with a bit of rosemary & black pepper. I softened the veg in some butter & olive oil before bunging everything in the soup maker.

I have a can of delicious premixed non-alc pina colada. Earlier, I made cauliflower-leaf soup, which is much tastier than it sounds. Cheers! #ConfinedCocktails
