I present like everything is fine and dandy and it is decidedly absolutely not. I feel so alone. Even though I know I have a network, I just can't help but feel alone.

How do I keep going? Like I'm fine, I'm not gonna hurt myself, but like I just wanna cry all the time. Everything is so loud and angry and I am so small and quiet. I'm just so scared and I feel like no one understands how bad it is for me right now.

I'm so burnt out. I can't hardly sleep,I'm anxious all the time, my depression is the worst it's ever been (Im on meds for both) I am barely scraping by with two jobs I just want to take a nap for a year. My transition is stalling and it's so hard to move forward in anything.I'm so tired of it all.
