Looking forward to a few days of conferences talks, posters, and networking at @microbiologysociety.org annual conference. I’m presenting in the “Exploring Hidden Threats” session on Tuesday @ 15:30. I will be talking about the zoonotic pathogen Helicobacter suis. Please come along!

University students in England ‘have 50p a week to live on after rent’ Maintenance loans almost entirely wiped out by accommodation costs, according to research

Maintenance loans are too low! Cost of living makes Unis in expensive Bath, Bristol etc less accessible for working class students, and adds major challenges for those that come.
