My mother is also from Glasgow. I lived there between the age of 7 - 17 then went back for a good few years. Love that city, the people do have that easy way of cutting the bullshit while being friendly. Honest but not rude, respectful while bowing down to no one. N Ireland very similar.

When the president discards the Constitution to rule as a dictator, and Congress allows him to do so, the Constitution of 1787 has ceased to exist. That is where we are now. Any new settlement, whether allowing the president to be a dictator or not, will by definition be post-constitutional.
