There has been more and more evidence recently provided by Billy Mitchell himself in their case against Karl Jobst. Things like photos that Billy Mitchell claims were of an event where he broke a record, only for the photo to depict him at a modified arcade station. Stuff like that.
Billy Mitchell dropped the cheating case, likely due to the overwhelming evidence that Billy Mitchell did in-fact cheat.
The second case was won by Billy Mitchell, as his lawsuit with Apollo Legend ended with no monetary pressure, and Apollo Legend took his life due to multiple factors. 3/3

I feel you on this one. Some aspects of it are severely over-hated imo. I see where a lot of the criticism is coming from though, but good lord, the backlash and outcry when it released was overblown.
