Hi. I hadn’t checked this app for a while. Catherine’s death was shocking and deeply saddening. I was a huge fan who got to be a friend. She was an early supporter of KITH. She came to a lot of our club shows in the 80s. A great comic actor and a lovely human being.

I suggest it is to lower the average lifespan of working people. If they live past their productive years, working people impose an undue burden on the wealthy. This seems to be the core of conservative economics.
Things that have extended the average lifespan of working people:
Unions
Healthcare (through unions, Medicare and Medicaid)
Universal public education
Labor laws
Environmental regulations
Social Security
