The Paralympic Games are going to be a utterly disgusting bloody demonstration of international corruption and cynicism.
I would reply: Define what "functions" and "in Power BI" mean in this context. I'm not aware about existence of "Power BI functions", but there are functions in various languages that are used in Power BI: DAX, M, SQL, Python, R, CSS, Vega, and there are (user) data functions. Then I'll leave.
I assume the answer is more silly than the question.
Tens of thousands of good days to your wife and both of you, Ben!
It is definitely harder to set up than just opening ChatGPT in a browser, but Claude Opus 4.6 with full access to the data model via MCP Server vs. ChatGPT with a screenshot of a model is like "Will Smith eating spaghetti" video in 2026 vs. 2023.
The first video will help you start a GitHub Copilot subscription and start using GitHub Copilot in Visual Studio with Power BI MCP Server to review and edit Power BI Desktop data models, and to create your first custom agent to streamline Power BI modeling tasks.

List of tasks the AI agents accomplish in one prompt: - Create a new Fabric Lakehouse - Create a database connection via an on-premises data gateway - Create a pipeline for copying data from an on-prem SQL Server database to the Lakehouse - Run the pipeline and copy data to the 'bronze' schema - Create a notebook for copying data from the 'bronze' schema to the 'silver' schema - Run the notebook and copy data to the 'silver' schema - Create a new Fabric Warehouse - Create a stored procedure for transforming the 'silver' schema into a star schema-based 'golden' schema (selects required tables and columns, joins tables, etc.) - Run the stored procedure and copy data to the 'golden' schema - Create a semantic model with a star schema - Create a Power BI report with a few simple charts
Exciting! I have just created a bunch of AI agents and skills and they turned an SQL database into a Power BI report backed by a medallion architecture warehouse in one short prompt. Not a production-grade solution, but still an impressive experiment with the AdventureWorks2014 dummy dataset.
Technically correct visualization, wrong description. " the farthest possible point on land from the ocean" <> " the farthest possible point on land from any cost"
From chaos to a clean model view in one prompt: "start" (can't start an agent with an empty prompt). It also created a separate view for each star.

AI hallucinates!
Meanwhile people: "Earth is flat", "kids should not be vaccinated", "Trump is the best president in Universe", "Russia wants peace", "I stopped 88 wars between Cambodia and Iceland"
What I wanted to say with my post, is that many people don't realize that AI (AGI, naming doesn't matter) doesn't need to be hallucination free to reach human level capabilities (both useful and dangerous) amplified by higher performance and memory.
I mean we want people/tools to be under control. But so far we barely keep (some) people under control.
We don't want them to replace humans <> they can't
What many people don't understand is that people will always produce hallucinations, make mistakes and deliberately lie. You can't trust people. We don't need absolute super intelligence that is never wrong, to have an artificial intelligence capable of replacing people.
Updated my gallery of the charts created using the DAX Lib PowerofBI.IBCS package.
Fabric notebook POSTs report page thumbnails to WordPress. The report embedding plugin generates a navigation menu. Thumbnails are embedded in the navigation buttons.

Russian language is not an easy one:
"we're not nazis, nazis are against other nations, we're not" (RU) = "you (Ukrainians) are not a nation" (EN)
"we're against any wars" (RU) = "we have to kill everyone and there will be no wars anymore" (EN)

Cool 📊#dataviz! I've found myself, and I see a lot of familiar profile images and names nearby in the Microsoft Data Platform Professionals galaxy in the Bluesky universe.
What makes this chart unreliable? You would think it's the Y axis and the truncated columns. But it's the logo on the top. Not everything can be fixed with best practices of dataviz 📊
The WH can follow all the best practices of dataviz, that won't make it a reliable source worth following.

Great news, we have resolved a million issues. It's 99,999998% progress - only two issues remain. The issues: russia wants to destroy Ukraine, Ukraine wants to exist.
"had no control over his present circumstances" Do you know that almost all russian "soldiers" that are invading Ukraine are de-facto mercenaries who voluntarily signed military contracts? "Human begins" who voluntarily joined an army that invades another country and kills human beings.
📊
They have more time for watching and reading propaganda. They are losing luxury elements of their life, and propaganda says to blame external enemies. They are far away from the war. Poor people need to work (or sign military contracts). Less time for propaganda, closer to the reality of the war.
