Don’t forget that Premier Smith’s “pause” on renewables and hostile rules around future development has been estimated to cost Alberta $10 billion in renewables investment and millions of dollars in annual revenue for municipalities and the Province.
Also, using as much electricity as Edmonton! 🤯 When we fight for climate action in Edmonton, like bike lanes etc, instead of people saying, “But what about China?”, they could just say, “But what about Olds?”

I never did it. I’m wondering if she’s just as floored as I am about the news about Noem. Hopefully Noem turns on the President now and they can fight among themselves. As for Smith, hopefully it’s a lesson in who you hitch your wagon to on your quest for power.

I’m seeing about 420,000 international immigrants in the past 5 years; 600,000 includes interprovincial and births (minus deaths). She’s making it sound like not one of them is paying taxes.
