you can get them premade, but it's SO much cheaper to get a pillow shell in the size/shape you want and then get a couple pounds of wool stuffing/roving. make sure it's washed tho! sometimes ppl sell it straight off the sheep and i don't wanna do that. xD ebay's or goodwill are good sources!
i've got hEDS, so a good pillow is essential. i've had my best luck with wool-filled pillows--you can get them firm enough to be as supportive as you want, and when the stuffing starts compressing, you just take it out and pull it apart.
on the one hand, the idea that someone else could marry yuan-ge is unacceptable. on the other, time spent learning to mod is time that could be spent with yuan-ge. on the gripping hand yuan-ge likes spending time away from his binghe sometimes. tragic. 😔
