Ooh. When did a film about an evil-looking Niles Crane come out?
Could someone just point him in the direction of Command & Conquer and tell him it's real?
WAR CRIME BY THE US.
An unarmed Iranian ship was takIng part in an Indian naval exercise, alongside the US.
The US withdrew and torpedoed the Iranian ship.
THEN the US refused to rescue the sailors, letting them drown.
This is treachery, cowardice, cruelty and a war crime of the highest order.
Jazz albums originally recorded in mono work well with Minidiscs. The mono setting doubles the run time. 160 minutes on one disc. Cracking.
My daughter this evening: "Dad, why is he orange?"
With my Backblaze subscription due to renew soon, I was going to put together a UGreen NAS instead. Then I spotted the prices for hard drives and nearly had a fit of the vapours. What has AI done to hardware prices? It's bonkers! Β£419 for a 16TB drive?
Dunno. My naΓ―ve side wants to think it's something simple like he's been soldering without adequate ventilation, or that he's been kicked in the head by a horse. Sadly, I know he's just made an absolutely stupid decision, and it will likely end his time as PM.
What a complete and utter bloody fool.

Distracting myself from the mess that is world politics (warmongering) by going to see this wonderful film. It didn't disappoint.

Today marks the first day of meteorological spring π·
March has arrived, and with it comes longer, lighter days. Over the next few weeks most of us will enjoy around two extra hours of daylight βοΈ
π₯ Might be a good time to drive this over 100,000.

Scrubs is back. It's good. So good it almost makes up for season 9.
It's raining, so here's one of my favourite Japanese snacks ads to cheer you up and be a brainworm.

The smart meter adverts with Einstein have licensed his likeness for use. I find the adverts tasteless, but at least they're doing it legally.
The legal bumpf is at the bottom of the page.

I'm looking to replace my Kindle some time soon. I've been looking at a Kobo. I've not decided on the model yet, but either will get me away from Amazon's locked down ecosystem.

It's been ages since I've listened to this wonderful album. It's 30 years old and I still remember The Divine Comedy playing this on TFI Friday back in the day. Still remember the words.
Wow. There must be some big news happening today because the BBC have broken into the "Homes Under the Hammer" slot on BBC1!
My brain couldn't come up with the phrase "wash the dishes" so I just told my wife I needed to "do the sink laundry"
Agreed.
Time for a spreadsheet, I think.
I was wondering why there were a couple of angry-looking people with hard to read signs hanging around. Sad, pathetic individuals. I bloody love Storyhouse.
We've had our washing machine since 2008 and it has needed fixing twice. Both times the motor bushes had worn out and both times I was able to fix it myself for about Β£7. The tumbler, however, was replaced with a heat pump one. The savings on the cost of electricity made it not worth fixing.
Frames. All text sites. Netscape. Star Trek: Voyager news and episode summaries.
My first thought, too. I've seen a similar thing guarding a building site. If you walk too close they start beeping and verbally threatening you. I feel like tipping them on their side.
Hey letβs talk about cool science for once! π§΅
A new paper is out showing something thatβs been discussed for about a decadeβ¦Titan may have originally been multiple Titan-ish objects that merged!
And it may have even happened recently!

Sadly there isn't a "sod off" button in MacOs' system preferences. It's still wanting me to upgrade. Thankfully switching off auto updates helps.
