Maybe they feel like they make things easier for the customer that way and they arguably do but it just feels bad for me? Even Amazon only does that when the item was so cheap it would cost more to get it back.

Below the return they asked for feedback and, uhm, I do like the product but the whole buying experience felt so ecologically bad? I‘m not mad I don‘t have to walk to the post office now but it feels so wasteful that they don‘t want their 50€ product back.
