Yep, Ineos. You expect that from the owners but between Trump and Gary Barlow…

It’s extraordinary how much Hamilton has to coach the Ferrari pit wall. #f1

The stream must be different. Not complaining, can’t stand endless Harry Norman ads.

Gonna be fascinating to hear the Ferrari pit wall’s excuse for this one if the cars aren’t at least 2-3. #f1

Is Ten’s terrestrial feed of F1 just showing ads for Paramount + and other Ten shows on commercial breaks?

Colapinto-and-go penalty you say, FIA? #f1

That’s what happens when you dress up while travelling. I hope the youngsters take note.

If Microsoft’s current software issues are considered some of the worst in its history, people either have short memories or boy, howdy are things bad. I’ve not had to touch a Windows machine in years and I do not miss it one little bit.

They’ve been planning for this for 40-odd years and the Russians have been planning with them, funding them and no doubt encouraging them.

Plus these guys believe in what they’re doing. It’s just another war to the Americans

The dumbest timeline imaginable.

β€œRoosevelt sends telegram to Stalin.

Troops closing on Berlin STOP Please don’t tell Adolf STOP. I mean stop STOP”

Maximum Lethality Hegseth suddenly worried a hideously stupid war where his military bombed a girls school is making him look like a bit of a putz.

β€œWasn’t me, miss, it was Iran.”

I think there’s a few to come this year with his approval in the toilet

I think it’s .3.1 now? Can’t rule anything out of course.

A dot release went out last night that I think has helped slightly.

Although I suspect he’ll keep denying it for his business deals. He doesn’t care if people die as long as his money keeps coming in

Oh is National Security Advisor a cabinet position? If one was being even more broad you could count Gaetz.

07.03.2026 09:06 πŸ‘ 0 πŸ” 0 πŸ’¬ 1 πŸ“Œ 0

Right you are. I’d forgotten about him. He got a real job afterwards though

I love the idea that Trump can't countenance the idea that Russia is supplying Iran with intel as though nobody would do to him what he does to everyone else.

Yes that’s exactly what I said. I’m talking about things outside of the driver’s control. Like a stupidly complex powertrain.

07.03.2026 07:21 πŸ‘ 0 πŸ” 0 πŸ’¬ 0 πŸ“Œ 0

So yeah, drivers have always managed variables. It’s the technology getting in their way that annoys me

07.03.2026 06:55 πŸ‘ 1 πŸ” 0 πŸ’¬ 0 πŸ“Œ 0

It’s the silly power trains. They break too often or are too limited in one way or another if, say, Honda gets it wrong (perish the thought) it’s hugely difficult to recover.

07.03.2026 06:53 πŸ‘ 1 πŸ” 0 πŸ’¬ 1 πŸ“Œ 0

Absolutely, but also that whole thing of clipping, all the aero bits, the lift and coast to save fuel. There's no strategic things like refuelling anymore and they're all on the same tyres, so just let them drive.
