So, what are people's kink resolutions for 2026?

Mine's pretty straightforward: write more comic scripts. In particular, it'd be nice to return to the Magebreaker series.

So, with all that being said, here's the completed page from the comic Blue Night, illustrated by DocSwell and written by me, just one of the five comics meant to be included in Bloomph! 2.

I've mentioned it before, but the chaos of the world in 2020 was a major derailment for the project, and we never were quite able to get back on track.

Which means I've been sitting on this completed page of new DocSwell comic art for about six years. It feels like a crime not to share.

I had written a script for him, "Blue Night," about a kinky roleplay session gone wrong (or right).

Normally a comic would go through sketches, then pencils, inks, colours, etc, but since we originally intended to crowdfund, we wanted to get one page completely finished first, to act as a preview.

As many of you know, DocSwell (who wrote the foreword to our first volume) is something of a legend in the blueberry community. He's the creator of The Bizarre Adventures of Berrygirl, which I consider to be the Citizen Kane of blueberry fetish content.

So you can imagine my shock when he said yes.

But who to ask? There are many, MANY great creators in the community, all who would be great additions to the book. We floated some names around, but I thought, what the hell, why not go straight to the top? They'll say no, but at least we tried, right?

So I asked DocSwell if he'd be interested.

One more mini Bloomph! 2 thread to end the year.

For the second installment, we wanted to up our comic count, so we planned to include an additional story. This meant finding another artist, in addition to the awesome contributors of issue 1.

Bloomph! lives on in all of us

I'd say there's still enough work to be done (and a possible need to re-record a few of the lines) that it'd still be a big undertaking, especially for @fate-full.bsky.social, the editor.

We'd skip the crowdfunding campaign, and include the video as a bonus with the book when it was published. But since that never happened, here's a small peek at the excellent art @cutiepopblue.bsky.social did for the video.

We ultimately decided that amidst all the global economic uncertainty, it wouldn't make sense to ask people to help fund our book.

The script was written, the art was drawn, the lines were recorded. But during the process, the pandemic hit.

Some more Bloomph! 2 info. Like the first volume, we intended to start with a crowdfunding campaign. @cutiepopblue.bsky.social would once again provide the art for the video, with @fate-full.bsky.social editing. This time, Bloomphy (or Bloomph-chan as I believe the internet dubbed her) had company.

All of the original Bloomph contributors, plus a few more high profile names. I'll probably post about it later.

Quite possibly, unless the artists involved want to keep it private.

It's currently on indefinite hiatus, but never say never!

There were many. I think our initial momentum was greatly hampered by Covid-19 and cancer (one of our contributors had been diagnosed, though has since gone into remission). By the time the dust settled we were all in very different places and it got placed on the back-burner.

A woman in a changing room is struggling to pull on her shorts. Her whole body, especially her ass, has began to bloat and expand. Her ass, belly, and nose have begun to turn blue. On the bench beside her is a blue can of soda, and in the background, a vending machine for the same drink: Bloomph! energy.
