NDL has updated our renewal policy: books, audiobooks, movies and TV shows. As long as an older format doesn’t have a hold on it, you can now enjoy 4 renewals of those items! 😉📚

This change does not apply to New items, Lucky Day, Hot Pics, Library of Things, or MelCat items

Tax Season is here. We have the general forms and instructions available for you to pickup from a table across from the checkout desk. If there are other forms you need to file your taxes, these forms can be found online at: IRS.gov. We’re happy to help you find these forms too!

This doesn’t have to be you! Visit the library and be surrounded by tens of thousands of books while working on your TBR (to be read) list!

Our local map should have an “X” where the Library is, just so everyone knows where the treasure is.

I don’t know if I’ll actually start my own business, but I know I can figure out how with books and other resources from my library.

I don’t always know everything about everything, but when I do, it’s because I read it in a book from the Library. (Or researched it using one of the library’s databases)

I don’t know if I’ll actually become skilled at knitting or crochet, but at least I’ll use library books for learning and improving!

The best way to enjoy a book is to start reading it!

I don’t know if I can actually read 300 books in a year, but I’ll definitely be saving lots of money trying with library books.

NDL will be closed this Friday, July 18 – Sunday, 20 to switch to a new catalog.
During the closure, the catalog will be temporarily offline; you won’t be able to borrow items, place holds, access digital content, or use your NDL card at other libraries.
Please plan ahead!
We reopen 7/21 at 10 AM.

So far, there have been about 600 total online registrants for Summer Reading and we’re about halfway through the challenge!
Congrats to more of our finishers! Northville has seen a ton of readers complete the challenge and pickup their prizes! Will you be one of them?
