Boycotting for a day is nice, but changes to spending habits/lifestyle everyday will have a bigger impact.

Not being terribly smart, my most extreme example of trying new shoes to see if they worked was to do Hardrock in a brand new pair from a company that I had never run in, lol. They worked. I don’t run in that company anymore because my Achilles can’t handle it. I just shorter runs now in new models
