Iranβs people were facing a horrible shortage of water before the war began. If we are destroying desalination plants and setting fire to Teheran we are committing unfathomable crimes.

March 6 Trial Update The prosecution has done everything in their power to terrorize these cooperators into compliance. Multiple have broken down on the stand, distraught over betraying their friends and over the threats thrown at them by investigators and jailers. Despite all this, the prosecution has not managed to present any evidence to support the wild claims foundational to the case. This was never an ambush by an antifa cell. This was an act of solidarity with our kidnapped neighbors, and a rogue cop's aggressive behavior escalated the situation. Yesterday, Susan Kent took the stand. Early in the process of identifying other people in the Socialist Rifle Association (SRA), she began crying. Her testimony, like Sikes and Sharp before her, contradicts other cooperators and other parts of the state's story.
March 6 Trial Update She confirmed that not everything discussed at the meeting before the noise demo was taken seriously or followed through on. She also confirmed that Song's comments about not getting arrested were about fleeing a potential arrest, not some ominous threat of planned violence. Even the state's key witnesses cannot back their absurd "ambush" claims. When John Thomas, Song's roommate, took the stand, he left out crucial details about the night of July 4 from his testimony until being cross-examined. In at least three prior interviews with law enforcement, Thomas stated that Song said they pulled the trigger because the officer raised his weapon first. Thomas incriminated others that he claimed helped to transport Song. As local SRA chapter secretary, he gave a list of hundreds of members which included personal details like home addresses.
March 6 Trial Update When the prosecution asked Thomas who were members of antifa, he hesitated and said he couldn't remember. They had to provide him written and verbal reminders of the list in his plea agreement, which came pre-written by the state. On cross, Thomas admitted that no one on the list ever self identified as antifa, and that he had never used the word to describe any of them prior to being arrested. We hope the defendants who have refused to turn on each other know we see them for who they are: loving people steadfast in their commitment to a better world. When the defense laid the groundwork for a self defense argument, the prosecution begged the judge to bar it. When their own witnesses discussed open carry as a deterrent to violence, suppressive fire as a means of defense, or indicated that Song may have shot at the ground, the state panicked, striking some testimony from the record.
Outside, Fort Worth cops returned to hassle the court support rally. They even threatened to detain one of the supporters. Neither the stormy weather nor the intimidation will keep us from continuing to support the people fighting for truth and freedom in this courtroom. COURT SUPPORT CONTINUES ON MONDAY! Your support is incredibly valuable! Please continue to spread the news and come to the courthouse! Monday 3/9 - Friday 3/13 8AM - 5 PM 501 W. 10th St., Fort Worth

modern war depends on a hierarchy of grief, on training people to treat foreign children as an abstractionβ¦
the only fact that matters: Children were killed in their classroom, and they were killed with violence made possible, materially and politically, by American power.β
every single person who thinks they should heal their religious trauma by becoming a Satanist should just go spend like two years at a Quaker church instead, learning how to be a serious person
It's the middle of the night in Chicago. Reporters and electeds are trying to figure out why a US citizen was detained by CBP, why her phone was inside an ICE detention center tonight, and where she is now.
Also unclear what happened to the other five people she was detained with at O'Hare airport.
This is not a person.
Yes Gavin, do the right thing.
How is this guy arrested every month and immediately in a new state
This week, in the Prairieland case, Texas prosecutors are attempting to equate anarchism with terrorism.
While masked thugs in plainclothes assault and abduct people around the country.
While bombs destroy hospitals and elementary schools in Iran.

So I guess it was either World War III or drag queens reading books to our children.

In short, Kristi Noem has not succeeded in achieving dictatorial control of the population of the US via DHS. Trump is trying a new strategy aimed at the same goal.
Thanks to the brave people of the Twin Cities and everyone all around the country who is fighting back.
This fight is far from over.
What about the U.S. criminal punishment system would make anyone think she's going to be imprisoned?????
my Belarus & Russian grandparents were alive (yet starving) when the uprising happened & i honor them by reading the below diary

Is a Senator who interferes with Capitol Police to break the bones of a Marine Corps veteran who's staging a protest subject to arrest for battery, or does that somehow fall under the Senator's constitutional privilege?
Just like during the J20 trails and the anti-Cop City RICO case, the state wants to make first amendment activity: speech, flyers, grassroots organizing - all symbiosis with "terrorism."
These attempts are a threat against everyone who is pushing for a better world.
PJAK have just released a statement calling for the establishment of communes to replace the state in Rojhelat (Eastern/Iranian-Occupied Kurdistan). They haven't called for attacks on regime forces, but have said defense committees will be needed to resist state attacks on the communes.
Today we kick off the hype machine for the governmentβs βantifaβ βexpertβ Kyle Shideler. We hope they turn the court lights down to fit the mood of his spooky stories!!
"Hey Kurds, it's the United States. Remember us, from all the betrayals? Anyhoo, would love it if you all could march into this thresher for us. Let us know."
Patriot Fart stay losin'
Kyle was retained as an "Antifa expert" against me as well. This is an income stream for him, and a productive grift at that.
Kyle Shideler once compared toothbrushes and tampons to hamas and hezbollah. He's a joke.
