It's a massively multi-player online rpg. Apparently it's still running and it's free to play so you could always try it out, but I haven't played since something like 2007 or 2008. Back when I played it wasn't too difficult at least to start but other players could be a bit exclusionary.

I was told I should get an IUD to treat my menstrual symptoms and when I asked about pain relief she told me to just take 400mg of ibuprofen beforehand. I have pain for the whole day when I get a pap smear, so I know it would be really bad w/IUD. I just opted not to get it instead.
