The answer is always 1-2 because literally never have my friends and I talked about which specific bank or medical provider or car dealership or whatever we think the other should go to. It drives me crazy and I usually don't bother giving feedback- which is frustrating if I had good service.
Probably the thing I have most been unable to get over in my life is how stupid I think the "On an scale of 1-10 how likely are you to recommend?" question that every single company everywhere uses and pretends it offers meaningful information.
