Deaf 6-year-old deported with family to Colombia without medical devices, attorney says
DHS nominee Markwayne Mullin is one of the most active stock-traders in the Senate — and violated the STOCK Act against insider trading as recently as last August.
He currently holds stock in L3Harris, which has millions in contracts with ICE and FEMA.
The grift continues.
ICE has arrested and detained a Nashville journalist who reported stories critical of ICE. She’s married to a U.S. citizen and has been seeking asylum here after fleeing death threats in Colombia because of her journalism there.
They’ve already sent her to Louisiana.
We need to find a way to talk about Black (women) candidates that is expansive enough to reckon with racism (misogynoir) while at the same time acknowledging those candidates are humans who sometimes make bad policy commitments or campaign choices
